This institution started running JPK programs since 1997 and with 20 plus years of experience has to date produced more than 5,000 graduates for the industry.

The program under JPK is made through the consultation with the industry expert and registered in the National Occupancy Skill Standard (NOSS) by the Malaysian Ministry of Human Resource. Graduate from the JPK programs will receive the “Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia” or SKM for each level they have completed. The lowest level is Level 2 and it goes until Level 5 which is equivalent to Advance Diploma.

Candidates who wish to enrol into these programs can do so if they are 17 years or older and possess a minimum PMR or equivalent academic qualification. The candidate should be able to read, write and do basic calculation. This minimum entry qualification applies to most program accept for certain programs that may requires additional requirement.

At Akademi Pelancongan dan Hospitailiti Saujana (L00177), all students are encouraged to be active in their studies while at the same time being exposed to the industry. Thus the student can actually build their careers and earn extra money while studying. 

Provides an excellent foundation as Demi Chef, to work and assist the Chef De Partie of a kitchen.

Provides excellent foundation as a Pastry Cook.
Provides an Excellent foundation as a Baker, to work and assist the Chef Baker.

Akademi Hospitaliti & Pelancongan Saujana (SATT College) is the only recognized institution in Sarawak  in conducting this course by Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK) and by Ministry of Tourism & Culture Malaysia (MOTAC) since 2013.
