CERTIFICATE IN FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICE
This program provides an excellent foundation as a F&B Captain, to supervise a team of service staff comprising of waiters and waitresses in providing food and beverages to guests in accordance with prescribe standards in a Hotel, Restaurant, Catering or others hospitality industry.
This intensive programme aimed to provide valuable skill and elegant etiquette at hospitality industry at the same time developing oneself character especially in communication skill. Currently, this program has been awarded with 4 stars in evaluation & audit inspection by JPK itself.
