On Tuesday, trainees from the Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM) programme of SATT College had the opportunity to participate in an educational visit to Hilton Hotel. This visit provided valuable exposure to the real working environment in the hospitality industry, allowing trainees to observe hotel operations, service standards and professional practices firsthand.![]()

Throughout the visit, trainees gained new knowledge and insights into various departments, enhancing their understanding beyond what is learned in the classroom. It was truly a meaningful experience that helped build confidence, improve skills and inspire them towards their future careers in the hospitality field.![]()
