This is a comprehensive programme that introduce student into delightful world of culinary. Apart from providing student with the fine art of culinary, they also will be expose to the sciences, terminologies and operational fundamentals that will complete them in order to plan, design and create elaborate dishes using specific ingredients, equipment and necessary tools.

Upon completion of the program, you are ready to join the elite workforce that ranges from specialty restaurant, hotels, cruise-ship and institutional food production or even start your own business. You may also further your studies in Bachelor level with any related courses.

entry requirement

    • Pass in SPM/SPMV with THREE (3) credits or equivalent and recognized by Malaysian Government
    • Pass SPM/SPMV or equivalent and certificate in related industry with at least SIX (6) months working experience in related field.
